1. Booking and Appointments
- No Deposit Required: We do not require a down payment to secure your slot.
- Flexibility: Clients are free to cancel or reschedule their appointments as needed. However, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to others.
- Late Arrivals: We offer a one-hour grace period. If you are more than 60 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment or modify the service to fit the remaining time.
2. Health and Safety
- Right to Refuse Service: For the safety of our staff and other clients, we cannot perform services on individuals with visible nail fungus, open wounds, or contagious skin infections.
- Sanitation: We maintain high standards of hygiene and reserve the right to decline service if we believe it poses a health risk.
3. Service Guarantee
- 3-Day Fix Policy: We take pride in our work. If your nails chip or lift within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us immediately for a complimentary repair.
- Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by forceful impact, improper aftercare, or accidental breakage after the 3-day window.
4. Studio House Rules
- Companions: You are welcome to bring a companion to your appointment.
- Pet Policy: To maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, pets are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
5. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- GCash
- Maya
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
Iloilo Manicure reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our business operations.
